Tuition is divided into lectures and workshops and is complemented by exhibitions and other events related to the area of medical illustration. The main subjects covered are : human anatomy and morphology, semiotics, French, English, typography, communication technology, 2D & 3D computer graphics, drawing, and of course, scientific illustration.
Most of the time, the medical illustrators work independently for the specialized press, medical publishers, hospitals, pharmaceutic laboratories, etc.
